Poor Screen Quality

I will be on my 4th Zagg protector since August as soon as the one I have is back in stock. They are bubbling - 2 just hours after I got them. The one I have not is cracked all the way across, and the one before that chipped . This is with the most durable OtterBox.

Not a heavy duty screen protector

I guess it did its purposes, because it broke instead of the iphone 11 screen, which is good I guess. Best Buy was great in exchanging the first 2 screens, then the 3 time in, we optioned to apply the purchase price to an Otterbox Defender PRO. Certainly worth the effort in the end.

Bad Experience

The Geek Squad guy installed it for me. I soon started having trouble with the touchscreen not always responding to commands. It eventually got to the point where the phone would not even open. I eventually took off the screen protector, and now everything works as intended. I've never had an issue with a screen protector before, but I will not be keeping this one.
