The product worked as advertised. However, the cost of the product is very expensive.

Product is fine, as always. However, I had the most unfortunate interaction with one of the Assistant Store Managers - JASMINE, Chandler, AZ. The content of the discussions were unpleasant enough. However, her communications style fits into the category of “I could not care any less” about the customer. She is abrasive, condescending, rude, indignant and simply caustic. Aside from poor grooming, which I don’t care about really, clearly her team fears the consequences of speaking up, even one of her direct colleagues. As a long term BB shopper, decades actually, Jasmine is more a an anomaly, as with few exceptions, my family and I have found BB employees to be remarkable customer centric. Shame on the Chandler store manager for allowing and enabling this employee to behave badly!!!!

Will not work on the iPhone 12 mini. Will not allow you the swipe to open phone.

This product i believe is too thick or something. it keeps me from touching my keys only once, half the time I'm not able to text because my phone can't feel my finger. HORRIBLE PRODUCT, I probably will tear this protector off even though i paid good money for it.ITS HORRIBLE or my phone is dysfunctional.
