This new fabric/material is not good. My last one lasted 2+ years and only cracked with a heavy fall. My screen is already cracked and I don’t even know how it happened. This one seems to be especially thin.

I have purchased this shield many times to get protection for my iphone but the qulity is terrible. Every 4-6 months I have to get a new one b/c it cracks or splits. If it wasn't free I wouldn't bother.

This replaced one I purchased in Oct 2020 They didn’t have the same one so I got this one. Two days later it was cracked in three places. I did not bump or drop it. I can’t wait until they get the other stock in

This does not completely cover my iPhone screen. Also the touch sensitivity is very challenging; as in it is NOT sensitive. I have to strike the keys harder than previously. I’m going back soon to ask for a replacement.

i have had to replace this every week since i got it put on by geek squad. i literally didnt even drop my phone and the screen cracked when i sat it down to charge it. i do NOT recommend this product

Expensive phone screen protector cost$45.00 Needed to replace 2x so far Although it is guaranteed fir life, why would I want I keep having to go back to store to have redone so often? So inconvenient...

This shield is hard to crack but mine did and my screen is still pristine. Should it get damaged, replacement is free because the guarantee is that solid.

Bought this for my I phone se and the screen still broke after having this item on my phone, it appears the screen protector is to small to protect the entire screen so brand new phone damaged, don’t buy.

dropped my iphone off a 50 ft rollercoaster with this protector on it. hit the rails multiple times on the way down. protected my iphone from ANY damage. messed up the protector but didn’t affect my actual screen at all and with the lifetime warranty i can get a new protector for free. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Really protects my phone. I have had to replace it once but it’s worth it. It has free replacements.

Despite serous effort, application was not satisfactory. Plus with no awareness of ANY adverse event, the screen protector already very noticeably marred. NO idea what incident caused the damage.

This “shield” cracked on my phone in a week. Sucked for what I paid for it! I should have went with the flow lab one they seem to last forever! Don’t buy as a last resort, just go with the best!

Cracks appeared after three days of use - look to replace through warranty but the cost of sending mine back and the cost of them shipping one to me was almost as much as the original cost.

This product was said to be the best and the next day was cracked. Never again will I buy this. Cheaper brands lasted almost 3 years on my phone

I dropped my phone one time on linoleum and it caused it to spider web it wasn’t even a bad fall. Don’t waste your money not a good product

Waste of money, it does not I phone se, it’s to long, and when you attempt to cut it, it’s shatters, do not buy if you have a se 20, it will just end up in garbage like mine did

Poor inexperienced employees, poor service and technical help, no wonder the store closed in Jefferson City. Shop elsewhere and enjoy better quality service

did not like was not worth the money. It was yellow not clear, was hard to work with. I think Best Buy shouldn't charge seniors $8.00 just to apply it to phone.

I have an OtterBox case on my phone and dropped it within days of putting this glass cover on and it cracked the screen

Good screen protector, great warranty! I might go for a privacy screen version next time.
