Five times stronger? Sure. They still crack. Best Buy has a program that if you buy a screen protector, you can come and exchange it for the life of the phone. So what happens? Less than six months later, they no longer carry the screen protector. We bought three of these at $34.99 each so needless to say I’m quite upset at the fact that I wasted over $100 on screen protectors. They told me I could go on the ZAGG site and exchange of there, but they don’t have it either. We don’t have old phones. We got them less than a year ago and they are iPhone 16’s. They just decided to stop caring the one for the 16 and all they carry is the 16 max and 16 Pro. Thanks for nothing Best Buy. Just wasted money. Shouldn’t stop carrying something for a phone that is not a OLD model.

My husband and I both have iPhones and the glass screen protectors had many cracks in them. We didn’t have an appointment but we’re directed where to go to get the new covers. The Tech people then took care of removing the the old and replacing with the new ones. Great job!

This is a great product for your phone. I would’nt use a phone without it.

Easy install and product doesn’t affect iPhone touch sensitivity

On day two after having my new screen protector replaced on my phone, I dropped my phone, and the screen protector is now cracked. My phone is fine (yay), but seriously why aren't these protectors made strong enough anymore? The previous one I had lasted me for 3 years before it cracked.

Item is ok. Best Buy Customer Service and honoring of my warranty was very poor.

Make sure you buy the insurance. To me doesn't seem like good for best Buy. Put they will replace the protector as needed. forever.

Worth it for temporary protection and nothing else. The screen protector itself is sticky and not as slick as a bare screen, there's also glue around the protectors edges that attracts dirt and lint. Installation was also a pain, the back covering attracts dust, the installation guide isn't well sized enough and it'll turn out crooked if you don't pay attention, there are no top or bottom markers for the protector, which sounds stupid but the top guide layer obscures the cutout. Worst of all, it just doesn't stick around the edges, look elsewhere

First I bought off the site and the box came damaged. Once opened the glass was already cracked. I went up to best buy and exchanged it for another one of the same kind. It was really easy to put on and had no bubbles etc. i was really happy til all of a sudden One of the sides lifted completely at about a two inch stretch. Few days later I noticed two very thin cracks. Have had no major drops and i have a protective case. So basically waste of money. Will hopefully fond a more sturdy longer lasting on as I had before. Ive had this less than a month.

Came with a easy applicator but didn't understand exactly how to use it. So ended up applying it without it.

Quality product and they stand good on their warranty

For 2 of 2 iPhones we purchased from Best Buy. A must have and the folks at Best Buy did an excellent job putting it on!
