But when I went to get this replaced I was told I had to pay the difference because you no longer carried the one I brought. I feel this is just not right as I was never told this could happen. The salesman was not a nice guy either.

In the past this product protected my phone screen. When I took one off my last phone the shield had 5 cracks but the phone screen was perfect. This is why I purchased one for my new iPhone.
