This is my 3rd case and it already has a crack in it that I’m going to have to replace. And I am not even sure how it got there? I am sure it is the price to pay for a glass screen, however the cheap 3 pack I bought for my wife’s phone on Amazon has lasted through all 3 of mine! If it wasn’t for the free lifetime replacement, I would have switched brands already! Also, it is the most difficult screen protector I have ever put on any device! Every single time I have bubbles in it! 3 stars for lifetime replacements. Other than that, 1 star or less product!

We bought the lifetime replacement model because my husband is super hard on his phone. When he damages or scratches it, they replace it with no problem!

The phone has a great camera. The phone lasts up to a couple days on a charge if not under continuous use. I am very satisfied with the speed of Face ID as well.

Great product that’s hold up well. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve dropped my phone and screen is still intact.

I love it! It is very easy to see my screen and the price was right. They installed it and it was quick and well done. Staff was very professional!

I for about a week and the glass cracked and had to call on the warranty. I would recommend to a friend only because the warranty is good and they will replace but there is a fee.

Phone functions well with the protector. Sized well to cover much of the screen. Zagg is a well recognized company in the cell phone accessory arena.

It stays nice for a few days and then I get a lot of bubbles, have to constantly be replacing it, I do not get it near the water or wet, I do not know why I keep getting those bubbles

I received excellent customer service! The screen protector I previously had was not available so they substituted a different one and I really like it!

It's a good screen protector but very overpriced. I needed a protector that day; otherwise, I would recommend buying protectors from Amazon as you can get 2-3 protectors for half the price of a ZAGG protector. ZAGG could make this a better value if they gave you two protectors in the box. I am disappointed that Best Buy does not put more pressure on ZAGG to lower the price or include more than one protector in the box. It also only lasted about six months, so I would have given it at least four stars had it included more than one.

Screen protector cracked and had to replace it. LOVE that if the InvisibleShield cracks, it can be replaced free of charge!

Appreciate the clear protection this gives my phone. It’s easy to keep clean and feels good when using my touch screen functionality.
