Recently phone fell onto hard ceramic tile and large crack on screen protector, but iphone glass was OK. This is a wonderful purchase! At first I would have like a splashier design, but after a year, it's sophisticated elegance and ruggedness have won me over! The beautiful color of my phone shows through the semi-opaque case, AND the case is kind of glow-in-the-dark at night. I also like how the texture makes the phone easier to hold, and although the phone has been dropped on pavement many times, the case keeps it protected every time.
