4 star so far but very difficult to apply, if you are a new novice cell phone owner. It cost for store to apply for you. Should not be a charge for assistance to apply,IMO.

Haven't had any issues with this one like I have others. Seems to be very good and doesn't interfere with the phones sensitivity

This is an great shield. It’s sensitive to touch & keeps phone clean. I have been using this brand ever since I own a smart phone.

Two months in and my screen protector cracked. Reached out to Zagg online and had it replaced under warranty for $20… so definitely NOT free. That’s where the issues began. They sent the wrong screen, it arrived late and was cracked. No big deal. Mistakes happen. Then I called Zagg and spoke to Thom — arguably the rudest customer service representative ever. He insisted there is no way it was cracked … keeping in mind screens ship in flat cardboard envelopes via fedex. Then he argued it was the right screen when clearly it was not. When I asked for a replacement screen to be sent he rudely said “No” and then laughed. I asked for a refund and again got told no. So morale of the story is if you are okay dealing with Zagg’s non-existent warranty then it might be an option.

This item is serving me well. I love the Guarantee Ion the product couldn’t ask for more.

I just realized that when I first bought my current iPhone, this was the exact same product I had purchased at the store and then here. This cellular phone protector is very, very good. The material is sturdy, and the package comes with all the necessities to clean your protector screen.

The geek squad did a great job on my screen protector. I went back days later and had my wife’s phone replaced. Thanks.

Have purchased several of these over the years and they just work and don't fail like the cheaper off-brands.

I recently got iPhone SE from BestBuy and the seller suggested me to get this screen protection with an offer to change any number of times upon breakage. It felt great to opt for this product when i broke my screen guard after just one month of buying. So, I really vouch for small investment on this product when you get your new iPhone.

ZAGG screen protectors are very reliable and if they do end up cracking they will replace them. They have always worked for me.

Awesomeness purchase for the dynam8c of my home. Hubby loves it ans the children cant yet enough.

I feel like these screen protectors break really easily but I do love that Best Buy will replace them for you if they break. They have a lifetime warranty so that’s definitely convenient.

If you don’t want to have to look through a spider web you better buy this.

I love these!! I always get one of these for every new phone I get! Best Buy even puts them on your phone for you!
