Didnt have it but about a week or two. Fell out of my pocket on to hardwood floor while I was stilling on floor. Spidered from bottom right corner up to the top of my phone screen. You cant really tell if your phones on but when its off you definitely can tell. Screen still operates fine and it has kept the screen intact. Just a pet peave of mine I guess.

My review for this glass screen protector is mainly to say that if you’re going to get it, make sure you get it right here at Best Buy. It’s pricey at first, but makes up for it in the long run because if it shatters you can return it to Best Buy and replace it for free over and over again - which might be necessary, as it was for me. The screen protector shatters very easily - I’ve had to return it & replace it 3 times in a year, even for minor drops. However it has always done it’s job since it keeps my phone protected. So I still recommend it, but only at Best Buy.

Solid screen protector, there are a few tiny bubbles when I placed it. Those quickly went away

I was happy to get my broken screen protector replaced with a Zagg - InvisibleShield one. The Best Buy service person did a great job taking off my old one and installing the new one perfectly. It is worth the $8 to have him do that. It seems like a good product and if it breaks again I can get it replaced here for free. I hope it holds up.

I thought the screen was cracked and massive scratches, once the screen protector was changed I haves brand new phone. Excellent product! Technician did it right before my eyes definitely worth the price.

I like that it has a lifetime warranty, and was installed in store. I can take the receipt in if it gets so much as a bubble, and they will install another one at no cost. Looks like any other screen protector to me though honestly, so could save some money ordering one off amazon. I needed a quick solution since I was ordering my case on amazon. They said it was supposed to be 3 x more crack resistant, so hopefully that stands true.

They had to install my screen protector three times lately and I’m going to have to replace the one I have now. For some reason it will not adhere properly on the edges of my iPhone 11 Pro. My old screen protector fit perfectly. (I replaced it due to a chip in the corner.) This is disappointing as I’ve always liked Zagg products.

Good price for a quality product. Unfortunately the instructions were stuck to the packaging so I didn’t find them until after I had had to figure out myself how to attach the protector to the screen! And of course there’s no redo. Once it’s on, that’s it!! Fortunately I did a reasonable job, but it would have been better if the instructions had been more accessible!
