I have replaced it twice, but because I did purchase the warranty protection plan, I had no problems getting it replaced when needed.

Geek Squad Service

Those guys in the geek squad were not very friendly at all‼️‼️ They kept looking at their watches and rushing me through trying to explain what I needed. I was there Thursday and there was a white guy and a brown guy and all that was answered was one thing. I pay for the services and I feel like I get squat when I come in there‼️‼️ I am 69 yrs old and I don’t want to have to learn a lot of new things.
