My product was set up by the Geek Squad. Once my television was set up and hooked up to my sound system, the guys explained everything and tested how the system worked. Everything went well. THe sound and picture quality is very good and I am most pleased.

Good product has has protected my phone from a lot of scratches

This product performed as expected, but did not last very long before cracking. I have bought a few of these and they are great until I drop my phone. As soon as I drop my phone this shield cracks even if the drop would not have caused my screen to crack. However, this shield performed very well and absorbed the shocks.

I have had the Zagg shields on every device I’ve owned over the years. I have not dropped any of them but they are supposed to help preserve the touch pad and keep it from breaking. Although it LOOKS easy, I have always had mine installed professionally and they have been very durable and easy to clean. Never had to utilize the lifetime guarantee.

This screen protector is way overpriced. You can get similar ballistic glass protectors in a 2-pack on Amazon for half the price. Buy it if you're in a pinch and can't wait. Product performed fine, but isn't worth the money

I purchased this screen protector when I bought my new phone, it lasted about a year. I’m not sure how but I got a small scratch on the phone and it started to get worse day after day. I took the phone in to Best Buy and they replaced the protector, which took about 15 minutes. That lasted about two weeks and it started to crack so I brought it in to have it replaced again. They told me that they no longer carried the brand I had but they would replace it with another brand that was five dollars cheaper, so they gave me a store credit for the difference. This one took about 30 minutes to put on and doesn’t seem to be as good of product as the original. It’s been about two weeks and It has already started to peel on the edges. I’ll probably have to have it redone again, which is covered by the lifetime warranty but is really frustrating.

Clean done, has done well protecting my phone. I would get again.

Excellent product, the customer service representative was very nice and installed it for us. We had to replace the previous one we had purchased. We had purchased the extended warranty so there was no cost to us.

Awesome screen protector. These have saved our phones a few times and the warranty on them is great! The ease of getting them replaced alone is worth the cost. They even install them for you. No issues with touch sensitivity or image distortion.
