I dropped my phone and it went face down onto an asphalt driveway on top of a rock. The screen protector took the hit and had star burst type cracks in 3 locations. Went back to Best Buy, they looked my purchase up via phone number, and installed a new protector at no charge!

Great Protection

I had gotten this version after buying the non-glare on accident, which had a rough feel. The clear glass has a softer feel. Very easy to apply, no bubbles which is a plus. The one downside is if you have on polarizes sunglasses the screen color looks off when using the phone but doesn't take away from the quality of the product.

I will come back to eat another one when needed, but it was worth the price.

While I have had the shield get cracked on a couple of them, the phone was undamaged - which is the whole point of the glass protector. I always get Zagg because they will replace the shield if it does get a crack in it. I like a company that stands behind their product.
