I didn’t have to change it until now. I’m accident prone, so I drop my phone AT LEAST once a day! This screen protector is pretty durable and lasts a long time! Even before I went and purchased a new one (which I did yesterday) the other screen protector had a few cracks here and there. Nothing drastic! Will continue to purchase this item!

It's nice that ZAGG has the warranty promise as I have broken it plenty and got it replaced for nonextra charge

We also registered each one with ZAGG on their website and have gotten replacements 3 different times for a very small shipping price. Since they ARE thin glass, they can crack, so it’s a great idea and definitely worth it. They have easy-to-follow instructions for installation

Installation was easy. I was a little disappointed there were two small bubbles after installing the screen protector. Within 48 hours the bubbles disappeared and the screen protector looks great!
