Took it to the Geek Squad who found it was just the screen protector. Replaced it with the same since it did it's job, will not go without one!!

When J asked what a shield would cost she said 7.99. I thought that sounded great but she charged me 35.00 when we rang it up. She said 7.99 was the service cost and the shield cost was the difference. Kinda deceptive

I got it perfect first try with the tools they provide. The lifetime warranty is awesome because anytime it cracks you can replace it for a $7.99

Directions that come with it are so-so. Look up a YouTube video with someone putting it on for better visuals.

There is now a very small hard to notice chip in the screen protector. Very hard to see but glad I am able to get it replaced w/ the lifetime warranty
