In about a week of purchase, the screen protector shattered around the home button while in my pocket. The only thing I can think of that caused to break was having keys in the pocket with it. No other brand I've used has broken because of this issue. I've had others last 6 months to a year. I inquired about a full refund from the company. They responded back fairly quickly and politely claimed it did what it was supposed to do. The representative offered $5 shipping instead of the normal $9 for a replacement and 50% off of a new product (to be purchased within 7 days). Considering how poorly the product performed, I really don't want another one. I bought a 2 pack of screen protectors from a different brand for a little over when they offered for shipping the replacement one. At least if those break in a week it will be $2.65 per screen protector instead of $25.

After 3 replacements I’ve given up on this screen protector. This is expensive for a screen protector, but the corners tend to peel up a tiny bit. I even had Best Buy install the last one for me.

It’s a pretty good product, but remember to register the warranty.

I paid $28 for this screen protector and Best Buy installed it for me as I have Total Tech solution plan. However I was walking and it dropped from my hand and fell on my hardwood floor. It cracked and everyday the crack is increasing. When I called Zagg for a replacement they told me I had to pay another $6 for shipping and handling. I didn't see any difference from a $3 screen protector from Amazon and Zagg's. Wast of money and the customer support lady was rude. Very horrible experience.

I am so disappointed. Paid so much for no protection at all. The protection screen gave no protection at all. Screen stood in tact while my phone screen shattered.

It cracked while putting it on. I've been putting glass protectors on me and my daughter's phones for years and this is the 1st time I ever had one crack.

There has been bubble three days after installation. I was told that this protector has lifetime warranty but reality is that one has to pay shipping charge of $8 for $25 product replacement

Didn’tvHave To Worry About If The Adhesive Would Hold.

The results are very disappointing, I am unsure if I have gotten a defective product. I followed the instruction word for word and there are a lot of small air bubbles when I have placed the screen protector, hopefully, I can get a working replacement

Absolutely horrible. Waste of money. My phone broke and when I went to get it fixed they were supposed to keep the screen protector but no they threw it away and I got a piece of glass in my hand from it falling apart

Poor sizing . It talks about how tuff it is and as soon as I put it on and placed it in the case I have it broke on the corner I do not recommend this product .

The edges of my phone began bubbling just weeks after having this protector.

The quality of the glue is not good, some parts are separated

We always use these protectors on our phones. They do a great job of protecting the screens from scratches and cracks. They last the entire life of the phone without needing replacement. You can’t tell it’s even there and if you’re unsure about doing it yourself, the nice staff will do it for you. The phones look brand new once the protector is removed. The price is right for the job it does. I would highly recommend.

The Zagg InvisibleShield Screen protector for cell phones is great. In my case the Apple iPhone 11. Mounts on the screen with ease. A perfect fit, durable and very clear not dull at all. I've only had it a short while but from what I can tell it stays put, the edges are not peeling away from the screen making an uneven appearance. if you want to protect your screen this is the way to go.
