Glass cover is definitely worth the extra money. Protects my phone from any scratches or blemishes!

My advice to everyone that is buying a shield protector is to open it at the store and check to make sure that the employee got you the correct one for your electronic and that it has not already been used and returned after the previous owner used it, got it dirty and returned it for a new one like nothing was wrong with it. Both of these things have happened to me now and could have been avoided if easy measures by the employees would have been taken. When I went to return the used product I finally broke down and paid the money for the Geek Squad to put on my replacement and its a good thing that I did because guess what..... It was defective also! On the 4th try we finally got one that was the correct size, unused and didn't have any defects. What a pain in the butt! Next time I will be going to the Verizon store where they do it for you for free if you buy it from them. I was really annoyed that even though I bought a new ipad 2 air and a shield for it and I also bought the new iphone 6pluse and a shield for it all in the same day, I eventually was still charged for the 2min that it took to add the shields to both devices. I am happy with the product but NOT the customer service at Best Buy!

Have not had very long and noticed just recently the shield is cracked. Not sure how it happened, phone was not abused nor dropped.

The iPhone 6 plus does not have a glass to fit it right due to its curved edges... The store had to try with multiple zagg shields just to get one on it... Then once on it, would try to come off where the phone is rounded and never stuck good... I bought 3 zagg shields for 3 different phones and 2.had to be replaced within 2 weeks... They are free replacement but it cost around $9 for shipping back and forth...

I love the protection this offers on my phone, I have purchased more for all my family members.

It works great l. Screen is crystal clear. Only issue is it doesn't cover the entire screen.

I was extremely satisfied with this product initially. You can't even tell it's there and it protects my phone. However, after only having it for a few days I started to notice chipping around the edges and small hair line cracks in the case without dropping or hardly even handling my phone at all - not even the slightest contact that would even be close to an incident that would or should cause this. My wife also got this product for her and it is doing the same thing for her and she is 10x more gentle on her phone than I am. The product has a life time warranty but I do not wish to have to pay shipping as frequently has this apparently is going to happen nor do I wish to deal with the removal of this one and the installation of the new.

The screen shield has been good so far . Time will only tell because I'm rough on my phones.
