Went to best buy to get it replaced and of course they said I have to go through the manufacturer

I don't even keep my keys in my pocket they hang from my belt loop, and my phone or screen rarely comes in contact with them.

It has a life time warranty but this product is just a hassle!

The shield is two small and doesn't cover the entire screen - I'm sure now that Zagg actually has the specs of the phone they will come out with an updated shield to cover the whole screen. In the month that I've had the screen protector it already has a dig in it and needs to be replaced. - not sure how that happens as I haven't drooped my phone, or hit it on anything. Good thing about Zagg though - if your product is registered with them they will replace it for defects or damage.

Not worth the money
