    I really like this screen protector, but when it got a crack, I tried the Best Buy Zagg replacement option. It proved way easier than doing it directly online and no shipping fee to pay. I originally bought it at Best Buy, so the receipt was easily found in their system. If you bought it elsewhere, be prepared to show a receipt. It was very easy and a I can keep a good glass screen protector on my phone.
