Although they have done the job of keeping the screen from cracking this is the 3rd one I have had to have replaced.

Ok screen protector.

It has an air gap. Along the edges and I find that extremely anoying. The whole screen protector should stick on the whole phone screen.

She was very knowledgeable with product. I also needed new screen replacement. She price matched the plan I had with Verizon. It was a very pleasant experience.

Bad shield

So we came back and had it replaced. This shield did not adhere either. I do not live close to Best Buy so I have to drive a long way to have it replaced. Disappointed

In my experience, they are NOT. After making the mistake of trying another brand of glass protector, my poor iPhone paid the price. Never again. #zaggforever
