    The fit, finish, and visual clarity of the product is fine, but they sell it to you by promising lifetime replacements. Sounds great, but they basically never have them in stock. So you’re paying a premium price for a product/service that they will not or can not provide and they offer no solution or remedy.

    I wish I was able to still return it but the store policy was only returnable after 7 days. It’s been about a month and the protective screen has already shattered after a time I dropped the phone once in my kitchen on linoleum floor. It wasn’t even a very hard drop nor was it face down. Paid over $50 for this product. I should have just listened to my husband and get it professionally installed.
