Disappointing when we got new phones the Best Buy rep said that these would prevent a screen from getting broken and that if the screen did break it was covered. Screen cracked but the zagg didn’t brought it back and all they did was replace the screen protector and said that the previous rep must have mis explained it.

Received damaged item! Screen protector unglued after 30 minutes!

I purchased the exact same quality from another store for way less.

They screen protector itself cost much less than this on amazon. They just convince you to buy it at this price because they offer free replacement but its just a joke. Its just a hook after that there are fees coming up to surprise you. The product it self is the cheapest screen protector on amazon. Read reviews online before you buy it

Multiple cracks within a week of purchase - not sure I would purchase again

This screen protector wasn't what I thought it was going to be. After applying it & putting my phone in my Otter case a big bubble appeared on the left side of the screen protector & it doesn't go away. So, I would not recommend this product.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Screen cracked within one week after a 3 ft fall on a hardwood floor. ZAGG offers a warranty replacement but I have to pay atleast $8 for basic shipping. No thank you! Sub-standard product that does not deliver what it promises. Spend a few extra bucks and get a protector from your nearest Apple store.

already an air bubble in the screen less than a month after buying it. The bubble is near the lower part of the screen above the charging port. It works fine just odd seeing how I have never had this happen when I buy the non-best buy screen protector. The only reason I got it this time was because they didn't have the other opinion

Bought for a fussy Grandson. Seems to be of hood quality that should last!

Bought me a ph protection screen asking one of your employees if it s the right screen for my ph, she looked it up and said yes it would work, after getting home and putting it on it was too small... waste of money and time sickens me to lose money after asking for help and they telling me it can work

Instructions are not clear, complete pain in the rear to install just get case with cover

Yes, I’ve cracked it and Best Buy replaced it under guarantee. That’s the Best Part.

Cracked same day . This is supposed to be the best but quality is not there any longer.

Just got this one as a replacement for the one that I had JUST got when I got my phone and I had it for a little over two weeks and guess what? Got a little chip in it that spread to a giant crack. Hadn’t dropped my phone or put it in the dreaded back pocket either but there it was...needless to say I will NOT be buying this one again
