They offer a warrant replacement, but at this rate I would have to replace it at least once a month. Not worth the effort. Had the same issues with the cover for my Apple Watch.

Poor fit, too long.

It hangs off the bottom of the phone, and the phone case pushes it up so it lifts off the screen. I don't see how this could possibly be for the iPhone 11. We won't buy this brand again.

Best Buy doesn’t know it’s own store policies

To say the least, I am extremely (underline) disappointed in the lack of professionalism I received at the Best Buy in Washington, DC.

Terrible! 2 phones, BOTH screens cracked!

I am a working Mom very careful with my phone with hard case. Dropped it on the tile floor of bathroom and it shattered! My daughter’s phone again with hard protective case, dropped in school and shattered! Way too much money for the quality
