I only had this item for a month before it cracked. The warranty is supposed to be a lifetime deal. I’ll find out how much hassle Best Buy gives me when I take it back.

The screen saver had to be replaced once after only a short time in use. It's not adhering to the screen. It needs to be replaced again.

I liked it at first. Didn’t take long for it to bubble.

Horrible. I wish I didn’t upgrade. My iPhone 11 Pro Max worked perfectly. 5G don’t work. To purchase music or view charts on Apple Music is horrible. I can’t wait for an update that finally works for the iPhone 12 Pro Max. God bless.

I double check on my order, but it was right, some one who was not putting to much attention misplace the screens and sent me what ever got... Super dessapoint it.... Worse part is I found out when I got everything apart and ready to installed it...

Had it installed, no problem BUT immediately cracked a little, and I lived with it .. now it’s got more cracks than a … (fill in our own blank here)

It has broken more than once and not because of abuse, it just seems to stress crack at the same spot on my wife's iPhone 11. She doesn't want to deal with another replacement, but it drives me nuts as it's a gigantic crack in the cover. I won't re-buy.

I changed my previous protector because it was broken, it did not take much for this one to break, fall #1 and it smashed

After having the shield installed two days, the shield lifted on one corner. I brought it to the store for a replacement, per my warranty and the sweet Total Tech Support program. I didn't whack or drop my new watch - I was super careful. The tech said its likely the corner snagged on my shirt sleeve cuff. Instructed I need to submit a claim thru Zagg for a replacement, the tech would be happy to install it. Great! Contact Zagg - they need the serial number off the box - the one I don't have cause the tech guys did the install. Sigh...

Had it installed and it was cracked within 5 hours.

I’ve replaced this screen protector 5 times not! Total waste of money! Zagg products are poorly designed and tested... fortunately it’s a lifetime replacement ... joke is on them .... Zagg products are all over priced GARBAGE! Avoid if possible!

I was very disappointed in this item. I should of paid attention to the reviews about the edges not staying down. That’s exactly correct in the other reviews as well. I wasn’t $25 just to throw it in the trash to buy a different brand

I put one of these on my wife’s and my iPhone 8. We broke both of them within a week! I’m not sure how to rate this product, Should they get 5 stars due to my main screen still unbroken or the 3 I gave due to the seemingly easy way it cracked?

I dropped my phone with this screen protector on and it didn’t protect against the impact. It broke all the way to my phone screen. I’ve bought Walmart ones in the past and never had any problems. I won’t recommend this screen protector!

I had it for a few days and it cracked already. The phone wasn’t dropped. The phone screen itself is fine but the shield isn’t. The BB rep installed it for me. It must have been damaged in the packaging before installation. It needs to be replaced already.

Looked great, easy to apply but made it difficult to get my buttons, cursor to feel my touch. I returned it to get a thinner one which works great just not as nice looking.

The screen protector did not fit perfectly. The store tried to install 2 separate shields but the one corner just never would keep stuck down. It has done its job as we left it like this.

Had a chance to get a privacy shield for my Apple Gen III SE. This is s privacy screen so onlookers can not view your screen from a side view. Great idea. So far pretty good purchase.

Purchased this for my new iPhone 12 Pro Max but it showed a crack in less than a week. In the past too when I applied this product on other phones, cracks jeve appeared and I had to buy new ones. Warranty replacement isn’t very easy.

Don’t even bother buying this brand. I don’t even have a week with this screen protector and it’s already broken. I haven’t dropped my phone at all. I’ve had more cheaper screen protector that had last me years. What a disappointment.
