Purchased in store, but I opened the box to make sure the glass was in there (purchased one from Target the week before and someone had stolen it) and it was not. That was the only one in the store. There is another store close by, so the BB employee placed an order for me to pick up there because the system said they had 5. When I went to the store, they had none. So, big waste of time.

I originally paid for a different brand but the screen protector broke and every time I went to try and replace the screen protector they would always be out of stock at Best Buy. ( I tried to have it replaced for several months but they were always out of stock but I never complained about it) So the last time I went in to see if they had the old one back in stock the Best Buy employee decided to take the liberty of switching me to this brand because they only had this in stock. My son has had this screen protector on his phone for a couple of weeks and it broke plus it didn’t protect his phone screen since that broke too. So now I have to pay for his phone screen to be fixed and have the screen protector replaced. This brand really sucks. And the worse part is that I never even wanted this brand in the first place. I’m not a complainer, I usually keep my mouth shut with things like this. But now I have to pay extra money to have my sons phone screen fixed… if I would have known that this brand of screen protectors weren’t gonna protect his screen properly I would have just bought a screen protector multipack for way cheaper on Amazon that also works as a blue light shield. But I figured this is more expensive so it should work better at protecting his phone screen. I was wrong! Don’t waste your money on this. It doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do as a screen protector.

Well that didn’t last long! I had it put on my new iPhone at the store and they said it was the best. It cracked in 2 places across the screen in less than a month. I don’t even remember dropping it.

My screen protector is already broken!!!! I opened the box and had a small crack but I had no choice and now it’s completely destroyed. My favorite screen protector until now.

Drop my phone and the screen crack, it was supposed to protect the screen, it failed

I ordered this **17!!!!** days ago and have yet to hear about an estimated delivery date! It’s been in my local office since the 11th!!!

Had it on the screen of my new phone and would always keep getting air bubbles between it and the screen. It's also very brittle and cracked just by taking it out of my pocket

Didn't even have it 30 days and it is already cracked.

I highly do not recommend this product. It cracks very easily. It cracked the day I purchased it. It may have even cracked before I left the store. Not really sure. Don't waste your money.

Difficult to add onto phone screen maybe I just didn’t know what I was doing

I bought this because I heard zagg was great. Never dropped my phone. I look about 2 weeks after I bought this and there is a hairline crack in the screen protector. Now an air bubble came from nowhere.

The screen protector causes app to inertly to open without anything touching it if I had the package it comes in I would return but geek squad install and not return the package

Had this a week and it cracked. Didn’t drop it not really sure how it happened. Cost quite a bit for it to only last a week. Looking into their “guarantee” see how that turns out. Not too confident

I have had to replace the product many times. It is a good news/bad news story. If you have geek squad support, they will replace for free. The bad news, the screen doesn’t last!

It cracked within a few days it fell off the coffee table onto laminate flooring which the one I had on before was the same one and I had that one a few years

Purchased this in November and now it's cracked already. Never dropped my phone and this morning I saw a cracked and it is annoying. It is so expensive and the quality is poor.

This glass screen protector is bad breaks easily, they have replaced for me like 10 times already. Not recommended to anyone poor quality!

The screen protector already cracked and I bought it less than a month ago. I have not dropped the phone either so unsure why it is cracked.

The screen protector cracked within a week. I had it replaced under warranty for ten dollars. It has already broken. Not the most durable product.

Absolutely Worthless! The companies that made cases made a serious mistake in marketing when they decided not to continue making screen covers with their cases.
