cracked instantly and i literally dropped it from my couch to the floor. they have better protectors, especially for the price. unsure if my actual phone is damaged

I have purchased this case several times and the last two cases that I had have cracked. The quality has diminished horribly!

It breaks too easily and the warranty is a joke. They say that its so easy to do, you just bring it in and they do it right in store. Its a lie so not worth themoney at all

Received screen protector and applied using included instructions. Did not seal on one edge about half the size of a dime. Fell off bed and cracked all within a few hours of getting it.

Broke in a weeks time - need the one I had on originally - they gave me the one they thought I had on instead of checking my account.

How do I review a item that you forgot to order for me after I paid you for it?

I installed this product exactly how the manufacturer suggested yet it still has bubbles on the corner of the screen. No amount of pressure is going to fix it.

I got this less than two weeks ago and it already cracked.

Tried to apply it , it cracked while I was placing it on wasted the dollars.

It was smaller than my daughters I phone 11. She put it on even though it did not cover her screen

Just bought this phone & have to take it back. The battery keeps getting hot. At times the volume goes low & can’t hear the person when speaking. Just terrible

Was great and then less than two weeks after I bought it I noticed two cracks across the screen protector. Havent dropped my new phone so obviously it is not a durable product. Waste of $25

Broke the first time my phone was dropped. Do not recommend it if you have a rough use which I do

I absolutely didn’t like it. I didn’t even drop my phone and it got chipped in my purse. I returned and got the more expensive one, but I knew to do that anyway.

One of the corner does not attach completely. When I push it, the air goes out but after 2 seconds it gets detached again

I purchased this item with intention That it would fit properly I even had the geek squad apply to I phone It never held properly

Computer was fixed but the girl I picked it up from didn’t know answers to where my passwords were, how to get into Microsoft. I told her I would call geek squad

Full length crack down the middle happened during normal use. Silicone case protects sides/back/edges, phone has never been dropped. Crap screen protector.

I have brought it back twice with cracks in the screen ! I never drop the phone nor have a hit anything! And it’s only been 3 weeks I had the phone

Did not stayed on it was not good quality. I had to throw it away
