I came back to Best Buy after buying another glass screen protector-that one cracked. During this COVID craziness they said come back if there is a problem and we will replace it. Well it did break, I came back and they gave me the ZAGG. Customer service installed and said if there is a problem come back and we will fix it. Well not 2 weeks and it cracked. So I bought a plastic one and took off glass. Not happy with the glass ones. Break too easily. Now I’m out $27.00.. Karin

Have been getting replacements for a while but the last 1 or 3 almost immediately start peeling off at the corners.

Prices too high. The store should have lower price options for many of their products. The sales person always tries to up sale customers.

I bought his screen protector and it already cracked the day after got it. Phone had just sat in my purse that day and overnight. Never dropped. Junk it is and expensive.

Broke the first day I got it. It’s just one crack but at least a few months in not the first day. And I paid Best Buy to put it on my phone.

The screen protector has bubbles in it and it has never went away. I’m not happy with this screen protector.

This screen protector was easy to apply however it did not fit the entire screen. There was a red plastic frame that perhaps was part of the protection, but no explanation about how to place it outside the film. The cost was too high. I ended up wasting my money because I bought an Otterbox to clip the phone to my belt, so it had a screen protector as part of the box. Wish I had know that before I bought this invisible shield glass screen protector. Live and learn.

I had my new phone for only 2 days and this screen protector cracked. I didn't even drop my phone. Just woke up to a cracked glass screen. Very disappointed.

Didn’t like didn’t even fit my phone. I will have to go back and find one that actually fits. Think I’ll go to the apple store to get one.

Screen protector was installed by Best Buy which was much appreciated. After several months of using the phone it has come loose.

Designed to be replaced broke on my first day at work and I didn’t even drop it just had it in my pocket with a couple of other tools.

Screen cracked within a month after I dropped my phone. I’ve never had a screen protector crack before.

Breaks easily but I like that you can go in and replace it everytime it happens

I sold Zagg screen protectors for Verizon previously and feel like their quality has dropped over the years. I was replacing this screen protector in about 2 weeks.

The worst screen protector and pricing is way off! I purchased the best buy warranty and have had to get replaced at least 5 times within a few months.

Top/bottom should be clearly marked. Tab should be at the top (camera end) of the screen protector.

Had a deadline, needed my “New PC” when I was told it would be delivered. The delivery is three days late, I still don’t have it yet, pfff :/

The gentleman who take care me was very rude I ever be treat the way he treat me Was a manager or supervisor I was in shock He made me cry

It literally shattered the first day I had it and I didn’t drop my phone or anything I just noticed it shattered suddenly when I went to use my phone.

Went to pick up and order had been cancelled. Had to reorder.
