Not so great since it didn't even last a month - I don't even understand how it could have cracked as bad as it did. I am not hard on cell phones

Screen protector is a must for me as I keep my iPhone for a long time. I had it installed and the warranty is for as long as I keep my iPhone.

Very hard to install correctly unless you pay $8.00 to have it installed by an employee. Mine went on crooked. The shield is great, it is just the installing it on your phone that is the problem

I purchased for the iPhone SE 2nd gen along with a defender pro case. Does not fully cover the phone screen and is too thick to fit inside of the defender case properly. Will need to return or exchange.

had it installed on my wife's new iPhone and it started to crack around the thumb button notch. not sure if it was not installed properly or some other problem.

I tried it for almost 3 times now.It is impossible to install without a bubble. Ingave up.I should have bought elsewhere .Not only it is diificult but it it does not cover the entire screen as advertised my new iPhone SE 2020.Zagg was never my favorite and you can find better screen prtectors for the third of that price. I will return back.

Broke right away cheap as ever Zagg iPhone se screens are lacking on the 12 also I got a ONN Screen and it lasted way longer than zagg screens do

went there to get a battery for my phone. the rep examined my phone and told me to make an appointment to have it fixed as the installation of the battery would take some time. I made an appointment for the next Sunday and arrived on time. the rep saw me and told me that they did not have the necessary battery in stock. A rep called me and told me that the battery would arrive by the next Wednesday and he would call me. No phone call - no battery - poor service

This item was advised by an associate to purchase. It was a very unnecessary item and a waste of my hard earned money. This item when applied to your phone does not let you navigate thru your phone screens with ease. It should not take anyone 10 minutes to type in a single letter. I was unable to return it because you cant return something that has already been applied to your phone. . Unhappy with this particular item Ed

They shouldn’t charge you to put on if you ask ! 7 dollars for 3 minutes of work when they’re sitting around most of the time is ridiculous.

glass is scratched - this was not disclosed. Very disappointing. box was ripped and damaged.

Wasn’t happy with the quality for the price. Has to return twice. I eventually just bought 3 for 6 bucks on line.

It went on nicely, no problem. My granddaughter was happy and the extra money for the warranty has come in handy, due to her screen being damaged a number of times. Bringing it in to have it replaced, without an extra charge was worth it!!

It is already cracked. It supposedly has a lifetime guarantee but it is less than a month and the replacement fee is $8

Very sensitive and not the best for fitting and bubbles either there or remaining.

Product was received damaged. Sent it back through process within 24 hours. It was acknowledged returned and statement saying allow 5 days for refund. After 12 days I inquired about refund. CSR via chat could give 2 you know what’s and told me to check with bank. NO It was purchased using BB credit card! Therefore YOU check!

Not very durable. Cracked after 2 weeks of use. Don’t waste your money.

I am not sure it’s zagg- there is ni cutout for the ear reciever
