A few weeks after I got the phone I dropped it and the screen protector broke. The screen was fine. ZAGG has a really good warranty program. All you have to do is cover shipping and they send you a new one. What a lifesaver!

It protects her phone extremely well! She always very careful with her phone but it’s more for protection in her purse so that her phone doesn’t get scratched.

I questioned it, as I have NEVER paid to have it installed in the past. THey waived the fee Also, buying the protector at Best Buy, you get the lifetime warranty, where if it breaks, they will replace it free of charge

Luckily, Best Buy honors the warranty in store to replace. Unfortunately, there is limited supply for iPhone models older than 12.
