Excellent protector and customer service. Replaced my old phone screen protector by ordering another using their lifetime warranty.

Big fan! I dropped my previous phone multiple times. Eventually shield cracked. Took it in for free replacement and screen was fine! Just upgraded phone and immediately purchased shield. Well worth it and service was great!

Good screen protector for the money. This is a more expensive screen protector at the start. But after you crack them a few times and use the lifetime warranty for replacements you sure get your money back quick. They do crack easy. You also have to pay for shipping on the warranty replacements which isn’t great.

Invis. Shield installed on a new iPhone purchase by Best Buy CSR. It's worked well through 3 drops. One on a wet lawn, 1 on a concrete loading dock and 1 on a hardwood floor. Also a solid dog lick, Ugh. Used a non-scratching microfiber tissue to clean/clear things up. As clear as when I walked out of store so far.

Extremely happy with this purchase as they offer lifetime warranty if it breaks (glass screen protector only) and they will replace it the same day with a new one, all you have to do is take it to Best Buy and done!

Great screen protector. It did crack when I dropped my phone (did it’s job and saved my phone screen) but Best Buy makes it super easy to get them replaced so that was great!

Kris Zaragoza did a great job fixing the screen protectors on both my iPhones. He was friendly and it was great talking to him while he fixed the screen protectors. The screen protector is tough, highly recommend it

Easy to install, and feels like the actual screen does. Paired with a case, and the shape of the 12, I don’t get like tripped up or anything on the edges like you would with say an se or like I did with my XR. Protective and worth it

I am generally very careful with my phone, but these are a life saver. I have dropped the phone several times and happy to know that the phone is protected as evidenced by the break lines on the zag facecover..

The prior ZAGG glass screen protector was cracked. We though the iPhone screen was cracked. After removing the ZAGG screen protector, is was the screen protector that was cracked, not the iPhone!

Zagg has a great product line and I have never had any issues with their products. No scratches so far. Also, anytime in the past when I had to submit a warranty issue they came through with flying colors, no questions asked.
