The protector was scratched and luckily it was covered by the warranty. I came in, had the new cover put on and was out 20 minutes later.

thick but no issues

I feel like the thicker protector will do a better job with preventing my screen from cracking, they installed it in seconds for me which was great!

It comes with a guide and all you have to do is place it around your device and press down! Easy peasy!

Keeps screen from scratching

The only problem I have is that moisture some time gets in at the edges and that leaves air bubbles between the protector and screen. Still keeps the screen free from scratches.

Protects te screen from damage. On my X, I dropped on its face and the ZAGG broke but not the phone screen. ZAGG replaced under wappanty, no problem.

This is a great screen protector and if it ever cracks, you take it back to Best Buy for a brand new one, no questions asked!
