While it has broken it has protected the screens so only have had to replace the shield. It does require a firmer touch but overall satisfied with items

Be nice if could be smug proof. It’s great that Best Buy policy of free replacement if need. For these reasons everyone in family has same protection on their phones.

Hands down the ZAGG glass screen protectors are my favorite. Best Buy installs them and takes care of you if they crack. A very worthwhile investment.
