I love their warranty too. Shield breaks or cracks? Send it back to Zagg and they’ll send you a brand new one!!!!

He was so thorough in knowing what to do. I had broken only the screen protector, and continue to be most grateful for the knowledge he showed in replacing it. I was sure I would never forget his name, but I shall certainly carve it in stone when I learn it again! Ronn? Not sure. Whoever it was, I am most grateful.

Great protector, with one problem

Only problem is that is DOES decrease the sensitivity of the touchscreen, which can be a problem at times. However, I guess it's something I can live with for the added protection.
