You can install it yourself as long as you're carefully following instructions and don't rush doing it. Because it's a thin film of glass, it doesn't blur the visibility of the actual phone's screen.

I had one before and dropped my phone in gravel. I got this new one, removed the old one, and saw there wasn’t a single scratch on my screen. The one will protect me till something else happens. I'm giving this screen protector for Apple iPhone 12 five starts because the product offers great protection and includes replacements as necessary. I had waited before I purchased this to do anything about what looked like a cracked screen, but was actually a cracked protector. Thanks to the Best Buy team, I now realize that it was an easily fixable issue. My recent protector has scratched soon after purchase, and I'm on my say to get a free replacement!

A Must Have Screen Protector

I have protected the actual iPhone screen from breaking. What I love is that if the protector gets too many cracks, it can be replaced for a fraction of the cost of a new iPhone screen! I love the option of having the folks at Best Buy installing it. They are so professional and quick at it, it's worth it all the way! I will always have one of these protectors on any iPhone of mine in the future!
