The product is well made and seems to work well. It comes with a guide to get the protective glass placed perfectly -- but I missed and got mine on a little crooked. It still looks nice, works well, and I'm certain it's protecting my phone. I did notice that I need to work a little harder when touching scroll bars and other "touch points" close to the edge of the glass. I'm not sure if that's a phone thing, a fat finger thing, or related to the screen protector. But my money is on the protector. I still love it and would by another.

I never get an iPhone without a screen protector to protect the phone glass from drops & scratches. Plus Zagg warrants the screen protector.

Has effectively protected my husband's phone through hard use. He eventually wore out the protector - which is easily replacable and the Apple iPhone screen has remained in great shape.

I've had this glass protector on a couple of my iPhones and they do the trick. I have protected the actual iPhone screen from breaking. What I love is that if the protector gets too many cracks, it can be replaced for a fraction of the cost of a new iPhone screen! I love the option of having the folks at Best Buy installing it. They are so professional and quick at it, it's worth it all the way! I will always have one of these protectors on any iPhone of mine in the future!

I have had my phone with this same screen protector for 3 years - finally ended up with a cracked in it protector. Because it was such a good one I choose to purchase the same one to replace the initial one. Would do it again if I needed to.

Great screen protector! I dropped my iPhone XR from table height - it landed screen down on the cement patio. The phone survived but the screen protector had many cracks on the face and chips around the edges. Because I had purchased the broken one at Best Buy they put on a new one at no cost to me. Great product! It saved my phone!

Best screen protector on the market. Its easy to install and never fails. These Zagg screen protectors may crack or chip but it will never affect your actual screen/phone and lasts a very long time. I highly recommend.

Best Buy employees are truly the best! Always! I'm giving this screen protector for Apple iPhone 12 five starts because the product offers great protection and includes replacements as necessary. I had waited before I purchased this to do anything about what looked like a cracked screen, but was actually a cracked protector. Thanks to the Best Buy team, I now realize that it was an easily fixable issue. My recent protector has scratched soon after purchase, and I'm on my say to get a free replacement!
