Two months in and my screen protector cracked. Reached out to Zagg online and had it replaced under warranty for $20… so definitely NOT free. That’s where the issues began. They sent the wrong screen, it arrived late and was cracked. No big deal. Mistakes happen. Then I called Zagg and spoke to Thom — arguably the rudest customer service representative ever. He insisted there is no way it was cracked … keeping in mind screens ship in flat cardboard envelopes via fedex. Then he argued it was the right screen when clearly it was not. When I asked for a replacement screen to be sent he rudely said “No” and then laughed. I asked for a refund and again got told no. So morale of the story is if you are okay dealing with Zagg’s non-existent warranty then it might be an option.

Good screen cover and good service overall for the product

Does what it is meant to do and I will only buy glass protectors. Love the alignment tool that helps get the protector on straight and true.

My advice: let best buy install it and pay the extra 8 dollars. If breaks or installed incorrectly, they will replace at no charge

This glass will break if you drop your phone just right , but with the free replacement from beat buy you can’t beat it

I have changed my screen protector 3 times in a year period. It’s worth the $50 bucks it spent on it.

I’m glad that Best Buy now offers free store replacement on Zagg screens. It’s worth it cuz every screen cracks at some point. Thanks BB!

I will keep buying these privacy screens. This screen will block the person beside you being able to see your screen unless you point it in their direction. They are dark but so very clear and beautiful. My band purchased one off eBay and it was so dark you couldn't read his phone at all.

I can’t imagine not having a screen protector on a cell phone. Protects your investment! If you have a phone (everyone nod), you have no excuse for a cracked screen. Make the investment!

This is the third screen protector I got but it does have lifetime warranty so it’s just annoying I have to keep going back to replace it.

You get what you pay for this product. Can not expect more from it. I gave it 4 cause I wish they would give you an extra one I care you messed up putting on like me. Had to go buy another one

4 star so far but very difficult to apply, if you are a new novice cell phone owner. It cost for store to apply for you. Should not be a charge for assistance to apply,IMO.

ZAGG has always been a leader in the industry and something you can trust. There was a deal that brought this down over 10 dollars.

This was the best glass screen protector I’ve ever had . This was my 3rd phone I had and this invisible shield is super easy to clean. I used a soft eye cleanser cloth and after cleaning it, there is no finger print at all. It looks like when I first put on the phone. I highly recommend this product if you want to maintain your phone.

Haven't had any issues with this one like I have others. Seems to be very good and doesn't interfere with the phones sensitivity
