I had it installed in the store. I haven't had any problems. This is my second one. My first one lasted quite while. Due to carelessness on my part I cracked the first one and had to get a replacement. I highly recommend this product.

This screen protector is thick enough to protect from scratches and sharp edges, I accidentally slammed the corner of my car door into my phone screen and the screen protector fully protected it!
