    I had a glass screen protector installed when I got my iPhone 6s several years ago. Several weeks ago, someone dropped a glass platter out of the cupboard, right onto my phone. The platter shattered, and the phone looked trashed, but it was just the glass screen protector. Best Buy replaced it for free under warranty.
