    The old screen protectors were plastic which makes sense. Glass will break when dropped making you have to buy another. It was also not easy to install because of dust

    I have been getting these replaced because they crack when dropped but I suppose it's saving my actual phone screen from breaking. I use the Otter defender case which worked well with my Iphone 6 plus, and never cracked the potector with that defender but it didn't have as large a screen as the Iphone 11. I was told that makes a difference. Best Buy is always helpful and quick to put the new glass screen protector on so have no complaints. I wish it was a little tougher though.

    At Best Buy we offer a lifetime warranty for our screen protectors so if it ever breaks will give you a new one for free.

    First one did not seat properly around the edge, employee advised coming back once more were received as he had seen this before. No problem with the second one

    Easy to install and I was happy for a few days. After 3 days it started peeling around the edges. Not happy. Never had this problem before.
