This is the third time in several years that I've chipped or broken the protective glass on my iPhone. Each time Best Buy has had a replacement glass in stock and it was installed the same day by an skilled staff member.

I do love the glass shield now on my iPhone. I installed it myself but would definitely let Best Buy install it if I could do it over. They did offer to install but my dog was with me and I did not wait for them to install it. It was a little tricky and I believe that I have it installed upside down but it is not a problem for me. I had very good service at Best Buy for my IPhone that day and decided to buy the shield,

got it on sale so the price was good. good warranty. goes on easy. no bubbles. what's not to like.

I always purchase a Zagg glass shield when I purchase a new phone. I have only had the shield crack once when my phone landed on a table corner, face down. The iPhone screen had no damage whatsoever. Other than that I have never had them crack no matter how many times I drop my phone. If it is within the warranty time they will replace the shield free of charge as long as you return the cracked shield back to them. Its a win win in my book.

I've gone through a fair share of screen protectors - some being more difficult to put on than others. This Zagg one is amazing! It comes with a guide to put on your phone so that you can line up the screen protector with the screen evenly. The other included tools to remove dust/smears on the screen before applying the protector worked so much better than other ones I've tried. I will definitely ONLY be purchasing Zagg screen protectors for my phones from now on - it's worth it!

iPhones need all the extra help they can get for that well know history of glass casualties. I never cracked or broke a screen, but I've lost count of how many friends that have ruined the screen within days, sometimes hours of receiving a new phone. Reason - they purchased a cheap & pretty case with no screen protection applied. I'm really glad the BB sales agent applied the screen protector. I've never had much luck applying them, lol. It's been a week & it looks perfect.

This glass screen provides the same excellent protection for my phone than more expensive versions. This is a great buy.
