I just purchased an Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max and was thrilled with the service I received from Maria and Adolfo at the Burlington, NC store. They were both very friendly, and Adolfo very carefully and perfectly put the new Glass & Screen protector for me. Their attention and knowledge was beyond what I ever expected. In less than 45 minutes, I traded in my existing iPhone and walked out with a fully functioning new iPhone 12 Pro Max.

This is a great product it is tough and durable and the best part is the limited lifetime warranty on it.

The screen protractor has been great. I had an installation issue with the tray (my fault) and had to reapply the protector. For this very reason I don’t usually try to apply the protector myself. However, it was easy to re-install and fix my error. I wouldn’t suggest following my example but with a little extra work I was able to get out all the bubbles . The screen looks great and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

Clings good to the phone face and cleans nice. Hasn't scratched yet.

The shield is high quality and will provide good protection for the phone. I like ZAGG's policy of replacing the shiel if it cracks no questions asked. On my older iPhone the screen protected my iPhone screen when I dropped the phone. The protector cracked but the phone screen held up.
