WHEN BOUGHT THE OLD ONE, it had life time free replacement, as they not longer have it in the Store, was replaced for this new one.No extra pay. CUSTOMER SERVICE person was so helpful to do this Transaction. HAPPY i bought it at BB .

I always go with ZAGG, it's crazy how expensive screen protection has become, but considering what it is, and what it prevents... its a must. I've shattered glass screen protectors and freaked out initially thinking my screen broke. EVERY TIME though, the screen protector is what cracks, not the actual screen, which is what is supposed to happen.

They were both very friendly, and Adolfo very carefully and perfectly put the new Glass & Screen protector for me. Their attention and knowledge was beyond what I ever expected. In less than 45 minutes, I traded in my existing iPhone and walked out with a fully functioning new iPhone 12 Pro Max.
