Angel was extremely helpful and customer focused. The product is holding up well so far. I especially appreciate that the screen protector will be replaced if it cracks. One negative, I never rent receipt via email.

The Best Buy service person did a great job taking off my old one and installing the new one perfectly. It is worth the $8 to have him do that. It seems like a good product and if it breaks again I can get it replaced here for free. I hope it holds up.

AND if the screen protector is damaged .. I will bring to Best Buy for a free replacement… do not need the receipt cuz I’m a Best Buy Member and the have my purchase info in their system!

Make sure you buy at best buy

It’s pricey at first, but makes up for it in the long run because if it shatters you can return it to Best Buy and replace it for free over and over again - which might be necessary, as it was for me. The screen protector shatters very easily - I’ve had to return it & replace it 3 times in a year, even for minor drops. However it has always done it’s job since it keeps my phone protected. So I still recommend it, but only at Best Buy.
