The blocking mechanism works great!

In person great; 800 service lousy

The fella on the 800 line I had to work through to make an appointment was a pain in the ... I couldn't even understand him and he wouldn't make me an appointment unless he gained access to my computer. I hung up on him after 15 minutes and went to best buy to make an appointment. When you have people working the phones make sure they can speak English and are not rude and listen to what the customer needs.

Good but could be better

They should have just cut the long hole instead. This would have made it look more invisible. The edge to edge could improve a little also
