Terrible product and service

The product collected numerous cracks and pits over its first six months of use, and finally came off after 8 months. I look into the warranty, and they would basically charge me the same price as the original unit for a replacement. Avoid this company and its products at all costs!

I paid $15.99 plus tax for mine, which was $5.00 off so it's normally $20 plus tax, and it cracked the next day when I dropped the phone, which was my bad. That said, it took me three days to reach someone at Zagg, and the "shipping" for your replacement is (lowest level) $7.99! That's nearly half of what I paid for the thing. Nope, not today people. I'm gonna try and get a full refund at Best Buy or just suck it up to experience.
