I purchased a new iphone and wanted to protect my phone with a Otter Box case, and I was told that it would not protect my phone's screen. I asked what was the better or best protection, and was told this would do it. However, the screen is broken. Not sure what happened, but it did and I am not happy!!! Because of the restrictions, due to the Virus, I am unable to take it back to BestBuy. I want to either have it replaced or get something else.

Very upset. This product cracked two hours after I purchased it. It has a lifetime warranty on it but the company is out of stock.

Zagg has the WORST screen protector! There has to be a better product out there somewhere! The first time every time you drop your phone even the smallest shortest drop, this cheap protector is SURE to get a fine crack on it. Before zagg, when and every phone I updated for years with Verizon they had a screen protector they used. If I dropped my phone 10 times there was no fine cracks. Their screen protectors were the beat! Zagg sucks...

This seemed better than previous versions but the “microfiber” cloth left lint behind all over the phone. I was as careful as possible but there were no less than 7 spots where it left lint/dust behind, even after using the dust sticker. Once that gets on the adhesive screen protector, it’s hard to fix it. Total waste of time and money. Wouldn’t buy again for any price

The glass has started to life up already and it is less than 10 days old. I noticed a light area in the middle of the right side a few days ago. It is quickly growing and I assume will get worse. I Installed this glass on a new iPhone 11 following the instructions. The included alignment tray was nice but it’s already failing. I’m very disappointed and will be purchasing a replacement from an online competitor that stands behind their product.
