Disappointingly Difficult to Instal

Unhappy with recommended IPhone "Case'

When I got it home I found that it is not an IPhone"Case" as requested and did not install it on my phone. I purchased an OTTER Box case from Amazon instead

NOT FAIR

My protector cracked, I went to get replaced at Best Buy. Rep said they switched brands so my warranty is void, I had to repurchase the new brand. NOT FAIR!! They should honor our previous contract and substitute w new brand!!
