Can't get air pockets to remove. Takes away from look of phone

Came in cracked and broken, Quality Control suffers badly at Bestbuy now not happy about it.

not working well for my new phone, and it is expensive.

Why dies it take “weeks” to receive a very simple screen protector. The “poor” rating is fir the delivery time, not the product.

I received my package and opened it and it was broken.

Don’t bother getting a warranty because you may have a Best Buy representative say they cannot replace the screen protector. To say the least, I am extremely (underline) disappointed in the lack of professionalism I received at the Best Buy in Washington, DC.

Crack the first time I dropped it, had it on for a week.

The screens did not last 1 month! Awful. I am a working Mom very careful with my phone with hard case. Dropped it on the tile floor of bathroom and it shattered! My daughter’s phone again with hard protective case, dropped in school and shattered! Way too much money for the quality

....Switch to apple is better.......................

Good replacement, but a little tough to put on the phone

Arrived cracked and unusable - had to return to store.

Screen protector cracked within days. Phone was in my husband’s front pocket when he leaned against something and it cracked. Going back with BodyGuardz protector.

I had cracked my phone screen and got it fixed then i thought i needed a screen protector so i can keep that fro happening again... that was a week ago and then i dropped my phone for the first time and the screen protector cracked all the way down my screen.

Did not fully seal. Not worth the price. Next time I will buy the cheap $10 one. Like the one I had for 3 years before I dropped it and needed to change it. I actually would have bought the cheap one but they were out of stock .

The product had the wrong size inside ........ugh...

This screen protector does not seal. I’ve had 3 associates attempt to put new ones on and none of them could get the protector to seal around the edges. I understand that Best Buy changed to a new brand recently. Not sure that was the best choice!

Doesnt fit on phone with my case. Wish the assistant had known they wouldn work together. but it was a very busy day. Otherwise you guys are usually really helpful. Also, both the phone guys were very patient and friendly. Hoping I can return this for one that fits?

It was the wrong size for my phone. Tried to return and the store said it was the 17th day and I couldn’t return or exchange but he had no problem destroying the package for me.
