Broke the day after Best Buy installed it. It cracked but was beastly noticeable. I’ve bought 3-4 of these, they’re garbage that you should only buy if you’re desperate, or it’s for someone else.

The glue don’t work well its so expensive i just use for 4 minutes them the glue dosent work

Fine screen protector, but horrible service if you want to get them to put it on for you. Not only do you have to pay extra, but they usually mess it up, mine had bubbles and dust under the glass

You can find other brands of screen protectors that cover more of the screen for less than half what Zagg is asking. My phone dropped and perfectly hit a portion of the screen not covered by this screen protector.

Bought this product a month ago and the first time I dropped my phone from a distance of less than 3 feet it broke. Needless to say I was back today exactly a month to the day of purchase getting it replaced. Not a happy camper!!

Purchased this at Best Buy on 7-10-2020. The store representative put this on a new IPhone 11 and there are bubbles throughout the screen now. The bubbles started to appear less than 4 weeks after it was put on.

They sell me and install it in my iPhone the wrong size and in crack the second day awful experience

Started cracking in less than 3 months after purchase. Was unable to return during COVID and now it says it’s not returnable despite the supposed warranty. I would not recommend this or any of this brands products.

Was a process to get even though we had a plan and it broke the next day without being dropped or bumped. Wasted out money on the plan :(

Screen cracked within one week of purchase. Product of very poor quality.

Protective screen, that has not been dropped, has cracked from top to bottom. Our other iPhone has this "protective screen" and it has protected this phone.I

Works but they tend to crack at random. I keep my phone in my pocket all the time and these randomly break for no apparent reason. Replacements aren't through best buy but zagg at $10 a pop. No thank you.

The reason I’m giving just 1 star is because I went to Best Buy to change it under the “lifetime warranty” they offer and they said they are no longer working with this policy.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve been back to replace this brand 4-5 times in the last year & my phone doesn’t take hard falls or hits. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN REPLACING THEM THOUGH :)

Took it on vacation, it cracked in 3 places setting on a chair. I guess it was the heat. Would never use this brand again. The phone has not been dropped!

Don’t waste your money - equally good screen protectors can be found on Amazon for a small fraction of the price. Spending this much money on a screen protector is objectively silly in my opinion.

This is the 3rd or 4th protector I have had on my 11 Pro Max. I am glad they are free as they always crack or chip. The one I got replaced on 7/26 already has a crack in it so I ha e to replace it again.

Waste of money. Screen cracked after 4 months and warranty requires over 10 dollars to ship a replacement, plus cost of returning the broken one.

First time buying this protector and last time. I have never had any issues with other brands even after dropping my phone on several occasions, I haven’t even dropped this one yet and somehow it cracks.

ive replaced these every week since ive purchased them. they havent even been dropped and are both cracked. it cracked when i sat the phone on the table to charge it. waste of money
