Weird spots where the screen protector won't stick to the phone. Protector also had dust stuck to it before removing the protective layer. The application process was very simple but the quality of the actual protector was not good.

The screen makes it tough to operate my iphone 11. You have to press really hard on the number and letters especially around the outside area of the screen. I would not purchase this screen protector again.

As soon as I received my iPhone 12 Pro Max, the first thing I did was install this screen protector. The installation process is foolproof. I’ve used Zagg brand for many years and am always pleased with the product. Another great thing about buying this at Best Buy is the screen protector has a lifetime warranty. If it gets cracked or damaged, just bring it back and exchange it for a new one!

We recently upgraded mine & my wife’s phone from the iPhone 14 Pro Max, The iPhone 17 Pro Max feels very premium to use. The camera quality is outstanding with sharp details and natural color tones, especially in low light. The battery lasts all day easily, and the performance is extremely fast with no lag. The display is bright and smooth. Overall, this phone has exceeded my expectations and I'm very happy with it, we are also extremely happy with our experience with the Best Buy staff, very knowledgeable and helpful people in picking out the best phones for our needs

Overpriced cheap piece of junk! I’ve had iPhones for years with far less pricey screen protectors and this is the first one to actually break in several places within a couple of weeks. I previously never paid over $15 but this was $27 and trash!

Disappointing! It does go to the edges of new iPhone SE 2020.

When I purchased this back in 18 it came with lifetime free replacement warranty. I’ve replaced it probably 7 times. It’s not a good product and Best Buy doesn’t really care how crappy it is

Purchased new phone and screen shield on Oct 10 - crack appears by Nov 1. Phone has not been dropped or been subjected to anything that would have caused a crack. To make clear- the phone itself has not cracked- it is the shield material itself. Disappointed

The glass cracks so easily. I've owned 5 of them and they all break within a few months. Worse still is that when you file for a replacement they charge you $8 to ship it and it takes over 3 weeks to get delivered. More way to make money out of you.

The day I bought the screen protector, I dropped my phone (the reason why I bought the protector) and it broke. My phone screen is still intact, so I guess the protector isn’t totally worthless, but I am disappointed that the protector already shattered.

The quality of this screen protector is barely of a one star. Within the first 2 drops it cracked. Mind you these are low drops from my bed. The only good thing is that there is a warranty so they’ll be seeing me often.

This product came defective! It would not stick at all to the face of the phone. Since Best Buy changed their return policy and half the time I mist likely won’t buy anything there again

this is the worst broke immediately seriously, I never dropped it, but the same day after applying, it was in my pocket and just had a crack on it

This new fabric/material is not good. My last one lasted 2+ years and only cracked with a heavy fall. My screen is already cracked and I don’t even know how it happened. This one seems to be especially thin.

I have purchased this shield many times to get protection for my iphone but the qulity is terrible. Every 4-6 months I have to get a new one b/c it cracks or splits. If it wasn't free I wouldn't bother.

This replaced one I purchased in Oct 2020 They didn’t have the same one so I got this one. Two days later it was cracked in three places. I did not bump or drop it. I can’t wait until they get the other stock in

This does not completely cover my iPhone screen. Also the touch sensitivity is very challenging; as in it is NOT sensitive. I have to strike the keys harder than previously. I’m going back soon to ask for a replacement.

i have had to replace this every week since i got it put on by geek squad. i literally didnt even drop my phone and the screen cracked when i sat it down to charge it. i do NOT recommend this product

Expensive phone screen protector cost$45.00 Needed to replace 2x so far Although it is guaranteed fir life, why would I want I keep having to go back to store to have redone so often? So inconvenient...
