Feels silky smooth and goes on so clean with a simple press to the center of the protector while on the guide. Works great for my 12 mini and I would highly recommend- o ya, and a freaking lifetime warranty!!

This screen protector came with a screen cleaning alcohol wipe, a cleaning cloth and well put together instructions on how to stick it properly. I felt $25 for it is a little expensive, but its worth it.

Some of the buttons on the side as if the cover is too thick.

I think this is a decent screen protector but mine cracked after 3 days so I think it probably was damaged. I had to get a replacement directly through Zagg and hope the next protector is a 5-star!

Great screen cover for those of us who drop phones on granite rocks. So glad I chose to buy Zagg rather than the cheapest product.

Good product - customer service was very proactive and helpful

I'm not sure the exact material used for these but they seem much more delicate then other screen protectors I've used. Very prone to chipping along the edge and being scratched. I've gotten other brands for half the cost that have held up a lot longer. Also other kits have included the tools to more easily put the screen on and more prep materials. Despite the higher price point this came with 1 very cheap screen cleaner and no other tools. Only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because it did fit the model it was for.

This screen protector worked just as it was suppose to--saved my phone screen! Best Buy replaced the cracked protector--win! win!

The reason they have a no questions asked warranty is because you'll get through 6 for your 60 dollars before you give up. The first one I got, the alignment holes for setup weren't in the correct spots and the corner got damaged while I attempted to stretch it onto the frame. I ordered a replacement through the warranty, got charged 10 more dollars to ship the new one. Second one came and it didn't have a top sheet on the screen protector and the tabs used for installation were attached. I had to cut them off with scissors which leaves an annoying ledge where I need to swipe at the bottom of my screen. I'm not spending 10 more dollars for shipping to get a new one and there's no way to contact an actual representative. Save yourself the time and effort and seek your solutions elsewhere. Unfortunately this was the only option in stovk the day I got my phone.

Great screen protector for my phone, it was easy to install

I've used ZAGG screen protectors in the past - and had the same issue. Installation is simple. However, very temperamental and the adhesive started failing within two weeks. Now the screen is cracked from being in my purse? ZAGG broadcasts a free warranty replacement however you must pay shipping. I get it - but I feel if this occurs within 2 weeks of purchase their customer service should make an exception? I'll get searching elsewhere and never using ZAGG again

This product is the same that is available for iPhone Xs and XR. So a customer can buy the iPhone Xs and XR screen protector for $19 from the same brand. They are charging $6 extra.

The phone is old so it’s fine more or less. So far working great no issues
