It’s ok... maybe I’m too tough on them. They do replace them completely and easily though so I will give the 3 stars for that. I’m on number 4 right now, I’ve had a few small splinter in it and need another one. Lol

I like that if you need a replacement screen protector you can just go back to Best Buy to get it instead of mailing to Zagg. I wish it didn’t show finger prints and smudges. Maybe there were other types available that I want shown.

I like the old version better - maybe 2-3 versions before this one. I drop my phone quite a lot and this one has cracked on me easily before but the previous one was magic. It does the job of keeping my phone screen from being scratched.

This iPhone screen protector is very sturdy. I dropped my phone a couple times and it did it’s job! My phone screen didn’t have any cracks at all!

I usually don’t spend this much on a screen protector but the lady at Best Buy told me that I’d be able to replace the protector for free if it breaks. So I thought that’s not a bad deal. I noticed a scratch on the screen protector within a week or two but I was too lazy to go in to just replace it for a scratch. I went on vacation a couple days ago and realized that there was one crack along the entire screen diagonally. And then the next day realized that it’s continuing to crack even more on the bottom of the screen. I’m not delusional enough to think that a glass screen protector won’t work but the girl seemed so confident and increased my confidence too, so I was super disappointed when I broke it as soon as I did. I’m really careful with my phone so I don’t understand why it broke. It didn’t even fall?

This screen protector fits my iphone perfectly! It is very durable. I am pleased with my purchase.

Having the option of the free replacement is the best part.

As always, great screen protector! I always use Zagg screen protector's. The quality is excellent and with a lifetime replacement, you can't go wrong. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

For the price and the ability to replace them through Best Buy after it cracks it is a no brainer. This brand offers screen protectors for most phones. Only thing that prevents it from being a 5 star is that it can accumulate a good amount of fingerprints from time to time.

This was a replacement for the first one which cracked. So glad we paid for the original installation by Best Buy. No problem exchanging it and getting it placed on the phone’s screen again.

Packaging was harder to find because it was named something else, not "iPhone 12", Employee did a great job applying it and it looks and feels great. Definitely would recommend for your new phone.

This was a gift purchase. The reason I purchased is prior experience with ZAGG screen protectors. Also ZAGG was the requested brand for the new phone. ZAGG has always been the choice for us for screen protectors.

Not the normal screen protector used on my daughters phone. The tech informed us that one company had bought the other. And we have to change protectors. No issues could not tell the difference. We will see how well it holds up as my daughter is rough on her phone.

I get all my Zag screen protectors from Best buy. they are reliable. I know some reviews dont like them but ive had them on a number of phones and it saved them from damage.

It seems appropriate, but I do wish it did not have the dip at the top because it leaves a part of my phone exposed. Unfortunately my last protector had the same issue, and it cracked at the top gap. I had the Geek Squad install it on my phone.
